Delivery Details

For any orders above S$500 (Excluding GST) will be Free of Charge.

• Door-step delivery (except bulky item) shall be within Malaysia only (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays).
• Delivery fees shall be made applicable upon checkout at S$6 per order for orders below S$500.
• For bulky items such as ladder and palletised items, a surcharge will be applicable depending on the product weight and dimensions. Our customer service will contact you to advise you on the charges separately.
• Delivery shall be made only during weekday (Monday to Friday)- 9am to 530pm.
• Additional requests for delivery after hours shall be chargeable at an added surcharge of S$15 per trip. Alternatively, customer can select for self-collection and no delivery fees shall be charge.
• *Delivery will be made 3-5 Business days after order.
• Re-delivery charges :

Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.

Terms and Conditions for *Free delivery:

• Free delivery is only applicable for orders made online at https://shopmy.vallen.asia/ until 31 Dec 2021. Vallen reserves the right to change the promotion at its own discretion
• Our customer service will contact you if part of your order is ready for delivery and you have the option to deliver partially at no additional charge. Delivery time and date will be at the discretion of Vallen’s.

For contractual customers (Integrated Supply customers / Account related customers), existing contract conditions shall supersede all terms and conditions of this agreement.
